We do have a process in place where you can submit pins that aren't recognized and we will manually add them to the MagicPin database for you. With there being hundreds of thousands of pins, this simply takes time. That being said, we've been steadily growing our pin database in an effort to make the user experience the best it can possibly be. We're actually in the process of adding the option for a user to upload photos from their phone's library rather than being forced to take a picture within the app itself - this will be available in a future update. The perfect app would combine the lookup, tracking, and trading features of MagicPin and those other database sites. There are other databases out there that I can use to look up pin info and track the pins I own, but they don’t seem to have mobile apps. I’d also like to be able to look up and import the info about my pin when I add it to the app. The quality of photos taken through the app is pretty poor. If you wish to cancel your subscription, you must do so via your iTunes account. Subscriptions auto-renew and will be charged to your iTunes account automatically(at the duration selected) unless you cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
